Overview:
The composition Comeback Season is representative of the access to redemption that an individual who prescribes to the religion of Christianity perceives to have. It is a declaration of an individual who has suffered some setbacks in life yet is ready to proceed victoriously. My initial inspiration for the song was birthed after attending my church’s New Year’s Day service which had the theme of “It’s Time to Make Your Comeback.” My New Testament course further influenced me to officially create the song and make it come into fruition. Comeback Season is designed to be an expression of a proverbial, spiritual “reset button”, steeped in scriptural, experiential, and educational influences.
